What we collect and why

• *Prospects (B2B outreach):* business name, business website, business contact name and role, business email or phone published by the business or supplied by a licensed data vendor, and publicly observable facts about the business website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in marketing relevant services to businesses (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); we contact corporate bodies only, never sole traders in the UK/EU. You can object at any time: reply "unsubscribe" or use the one-click link; we honor it within 24 hours and keep your address on a suppression list so we do not contact you again.
• *Clients:* contact details, billing details (processed by Stripe), and the access you grant us. Legal basis: contract.
• *Website visitors:* server logs and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. No ad tracking.

Retention. Prospect data: 90 days after last contact, then deleted. Client data: duration of the engagement plus records required by tax law. Suppression list: indefinitely (it exists to protect your opt-out).

Processors. Stripe (payments), our cold-email tool (our cold-email tool (Instantly)), our hosting provider, and AI vendors (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) that process text we send them to draft and review work. A current list is available on request.

Your rights. Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Email support@fiveminutereply.com; we respond within 7 days. EU/UK residents may complain to their supervisory authority.

Security. Secrets in environment stores, encrypted drives for personal data, delegated access only, no passwords stored.
