What we sell. Fixed-scope services (Fix Sprint, Automation Package, Monthly Retainer) and digital products. Each service is governed by a Service Agreement / SOW you accept at checkout.
AI-assisted delivery. Our work is produced with AI tools under human direction and review. If you ask whether AI does the work, the answer is yes.
Payment. Via Stripe Checkout. Prices in USD. Taxes added where required.
Refunds. Fix Sprint: 7 days, no questions. Other services: per the SOW. Digital products: 14 days if the product does not work as described.
Your responsibilities. Provide accurate information and delegated access in time; you confirm you have the rights and any consents needed for work in your systems, including consent from your customers for any messaging we set up.
Intellectual property. As stated in the IP clause of every SOW: you own the customized deliverable; we retain generic components and license them to you perpetually.
Liability. Capped at fees paid for the job in question; no consequential damages. See the SOW.
Termination. Either party may end a retainer with 30 days' notice after the initial 3-month term.
Governing law. State of California, United States.
Changes. We may update these Terms; the version at checkout governs that purchase.
