Fix Sprint ($249): full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Email support@fiveminutereply.com or reply to your receipt.
Automation Package (Core): deposit refundable in full until access is verified and work begins; after that, refunds are pro-rated to work not yet delivered.
Retainer: monthly fees are not refundable for the current month; cancel with 30 days' notice after the initial term.
Digital products: 14-day refund if the product does not work as described.
Access failures: if we cannot obtain the access we need within 3 days of payment, we refund in full automatically.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. We never dispute a refund request under $500.
